Refund Policy

We really hope that you will love your purchase, but sometimes things can go wrong.  If this should happen, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it up to you.

Refunds will only be considered should the item purchased be defective or an incorrect order delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, not be damaged or altered, unworn or unused, not missing any parts, with tags, and in its original packaging (if applicable). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

BelgeCraft will only process a refund once we have received the returned goods and they have been assessed.

Please note that the shipping costs and the costs to return are not refundable.

To request a return, please contact us at brew@belgecraft.co.za in order to inform us of such.  We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will not be responsible should returned goods not be received.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Unfortunately we cannot except returns on Sale items.
